Paris Chic!

I was at a shop the other day and a woman came in who had just done a trip to Paris! As she talked about her experience I began to get a little jealous, I must admit. Some highlights: museums featuring a live quintet, an ancient cathedral where the Monks were performing their daily chants, and then this, “Every woman in Paris always looks so chic, even with just jeans and a sweater!”

It’s true, French woman are known for never leaving home without at least a little make up and a stylish hat or scarf thrown on, in a seemingly careless fashion. I thought to myself, well I may not have the world’s culture at my fingertips but I CAN take away this lesson, take confidence in how you present yourself as you leave the comforts of your home. That extra 5 minutes of applying a little mascara and keeping a scarf draped on a door you can grab as you walk out makes all the difference!
